Standard Type I hard hats often lack
the secure 昀椀t and retention needed in
dynamic jobsite conditions. Without a
chinstrap, a helmet can easily become a
projectile hazard in windy conditions or
during a fall.

“If the data shows head trauma is a
key factor in serious incidents, that’s a

PPE must adapt with technology
Construction sites have changed. Corded
tools are becoming obsolete. Robotics
assist with layout and inspection. Drones
monitor progress. So why should we still

boots, to even knee pads. It’s time to give
