CIMA+
At CIMA+, we design sustainable communities and strive
to create workplaces that are inclusive and respectful of
all identities and intersections through policies and
programs designed to increase fairness, diversify talent
and create an affirming culture.
These tenets are outlined in our EDI Framework and are
upheld both by leaders and employees. CIMA+’s
commitment is demonstrated in how we support our
people and in how we collaborate with partners, vendors
and clients through responsible procurement and
meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities.
CIMA+ is also committed to eliminating barriers for
underrepresented groups, such as women, people with
disabilities, and racialized people so that everyone can
have an equal opportunity to succeed and forge a career
path that is aligned with their goals.
